HUGIN Expert to demonstrate BIOTRACER model in Berlin

Software developers from HUGIN Expert will travel to Berlin, Germany to demonstrate the preliminary Hugin BIOTRACER tools at the BIOTRACER Dissemination Conference & 3 ^rd General Meeting on June 23-26.

HUGIN Expert is one of 46 project partners from 24 countries participating in the EU BIOTRACER project, which aims to improve food quality and safety through the development of advanced, standardized technology and methods for tracking and tracing food and feed contamination.

At the Conference HUGIN Expert representatives will present the HUGIN BIOTRACER tool and the HUGIN BIOTRACER Web server, demonstrating how project partners can use the web server solution to collaborate on and coordinate model development, and deploy various project models. This technology will make it possible for EU food and feed stakeholders to share information and gain a better understanding of how contamination occurs and how to trace food contamination to its source quickly and accurately.
