Currently the Hugin GUI supports two kinds of learning; structural and parametric learning. Structural learning is the process where the system learns the dependencies between the variables which lie in the data. Parametric learning is the task where you wants to fill in the parameters describing the strength of the dependencies in the learned (or built) structure. Look into our examples of how it is done.
