Improved Business Intelligence in Claims

Since 2009 HIMMERLAND forsikring - a medium sized insurance company in Denmark - has been using HUGIN Expert's advanced decision support software for handling uncertainty in relation to analysing business data.

HIMMERLAND is using HUGIN software to improve their business on multiple tiers. Based on HUGIN software, HIMMERLAND forsikring has in corporation with HUGIN EXPERT developed a system for improving the efficiency of the claims handling process and  improving the utilisation of knowledge and experience on claims handling.
