The Hugin OEM contract is for customers interested in distributing products and services that incorporate Hugin technology, including the right to sublicense our technology as part of their products or services.

We are very flexible towards customers who want to engage in an OEM-contract, as specific demands and needs vary. The OEM fee is determined on an individual basis, and depends on the volume, price and nature of the product.

The three most commonly used models are described below.

OEM Model 1
In this distribution model we charge a percentage of the total turnover on a distributed product. This model is good for companies that want to distribute a product or a service through a server where the number of users is difficult to determine. This OEM model is not limited to server distributions, but can also be used in combination with other distribution forms.

OEM Model 2
In this model the OEM holder purchases the right to a fixed number of distributions per year. The per distribution fee decreases the more licenses the OEM holder commits to distribute. This model is mainly for companies with mass distribution, and where our technology is typically used for a plug-in or enhanced functionality.

OEM Model 3
Model 3 is based on a per distribution fee in which the client pays a fixed fee each time a license is distributed. This model is for customers who only have a few distributions per year, but have used our technology to a massive degree.
